RUSSIAN REGULATOR CERTIFIED INFORMATION PROTECTION EXPERTISE OF ROSATOM IT COMPANY

On February 19, 2021, the Russian Federal Service for Technical and Export Control – a national cybersecurity regulator – issued an indefinite license on the development and production of instruments for the protection of confidential information to Greenatom, a Rosatom company and the IT integrator of the Russian nuclear industry.

The license certifies that Greenatom has all necessary resources for the development and production of software with built-in security features, as well as for the technical support of the certified information protection solutions and the vulnerability audit of the software code – both of its own design and developed by the third parties.

The license will permit Greenatom to develop its own secure software for the customers that operate complex information systems in the nuclear industry and beyond.

Greenatom is Rosatom's IT integrator. The company specializes in software development, support, and development of corporate IT systems, digitalization of finances, HR, and document management. Multiple nuclear operators and other Rosatom companies purchase these services from Greenatom as a preferable supplier through non-competitive procurement procedures.
